2. Eligibility for Refunds

Eligible for Refund

  • Products returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition
  • Services cancelled before work has commenced
  • Subscription cancellations within the first 7 days
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Orders not delivered within the estimated timeframe

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Services that have been fully or partially completed
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Ceysing Trading account
  2. Navigate to "Order History" in your dashboard
  3. Select the order you wish to refund
  4. Click "Request Refund" and fill out the refund form
  5. Provide a reason for your refund request
  6. Submit your request and wait for confirmation

Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@ceysingtrading.com with your order details and reason for the refund.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-14 business days
  • Wallet credit: Immediate
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your billing cycle, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no refund will be issued.

6. Vendor and Service Provider Refunds

Refunds for products or services purchased from vendors or service providers on our platform are subject to their individual refund policies. Ceysing Trading will facilitate communication between buyers and sellers but is not directly responsible for processing refunds from third-party vendors.
