Refund Policy

At Ceysing Trading, we strive to deliver only fresh and high-quality products. However, we understand that issues may arise. Our refund and return policy is as follows:
1. Eligibility for Refund
• Products returned within same day of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and not a pre-order item
• Photos may be required to verify claims

2. Refund Process
• Eligible items may be refunded or replaced at our discretion
• Refunds processed within 14 business days
• Refunds issued via original payment method

3. Short Deliveries
• Claims for shortages must be reported on the same day of delivery
• Verified shortages will be refunded or redelivered

4. Return Costs
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless due to fault from our side
